Accompanying people through change processes is my passion—whether it’s making major life decisions, dealing with inner conflicts, or seeking greater clarity and serenity.
My own journey was anything but linear and was shaped by significant changes. I initially studied law for six years, but at some point, I realized that this was not my path. The decision to start something completely new was not easy—but that was exactly when I understood what change truly means. How strongly old patterns hold us back, how difficult it can be to take the next step, and how much courage it takes to embrace the unknown.
This experience led me to psychology. I studied at the University of Koblenz-Landau and focused extensively on cognitive functions and decision-making processes in my thesis—specifically, why we often hesitate, go in circles, or stand in our own way. My three-year training in systemic therapy and counseling at the International Society for Systemic Therapy e.V. (IGST) in Heidelberg with Bernd Schuhmacher provided me with the essential tools to support others in precisely these moments.
At the same time, I work in Cybersecurity and often explore how psychological factors influence our actions—whether in stressful situations, major challenges, or when developing new ways of thinking. There, I support teams in coping with mental strain, building resilience, and fostering awareness of digital security. This unique blend of psychology, communication, and change processes also flows into my coaching work.
It is important to me to create an open, safe space—free of judgment, empathetic, and with the conviction that every person already carries the resources for change within them.
And when I’m not coaching? You’ll find me traveling, diving, or hiking.
I look forward to meeting you! 😊
